Mark is so talented and looks good on his board.

I will never complain about anything that has uncle Freddy in it.

The Austyn and Janoski clips were a treat.

The whole thing was enjoyable.

Mark's statement:
We in the Sovereign Sect have carefully surmised the optimal timing of an ancillary Suciuean deployment to exploit and make manifest the bathos of an inexorable Milton Martinez SOTY win. Though the embodied and immanent unfolding of Martinezian stuntwork obviously entails an exhaustive fulfillment of the spatial aspect of the Kantian paradigm of sublimity in the year 2019, it is the SS's (our subversive appropriation of nominally "National Socialist" nomenclature gestures toward the under examined foundations of "zine" ethos in Jewish-gnostic epistemologies)  contention that, though "Skate and Destroy" is, per se, the genealogically eminent social ontology of the magazine culture nominally associated with "thrashing" (thrash (v): 1580s, "to separate grains from wheat, etc., by beating," dialectal variant of threshen (see thresh). Sense of "beat (someone) with (or as if with) a flail" is first recorded 1620s. Meaning "to make wild movements like those of a flail or whip" is attested from 1846. Related: Thrashed; thrashing. As a noun from 1660s, "threshing tool;" 1840s as "a beating;" 1982 as the name for a type of fast heavy metal music.), we subscribe to a Benjaminian paradigm of aesthetics wherein the object of desire (in the Lacanian sense) is understood over and against the bourgeois paradigm, beholden fetishistically (in the Marxian sense) to an outmoded notion of "aura." The result is a mode of "shredding" (shred (v.)from the Old English screade "piece cut off, cutting, scrap," from Proto-Germanic skraudōn- (source also of Old Frisian skred "a cutting, clipping," Middle Dutch schroode "shred," Middle Low German schrot "piece cut off," Old High German scrot, "scrap, shred, a cutting, piece cut off," German Schrot "log, block, small shot", Old Norse skrydda "shriveled skin"), from PIE skreu- "to cut; cutting tool," extension of root (s)ker- (1) "to cut" (see shear (v.))which mirrors the object petit a in a Janus-faced metric in a Neo-Renaissance schema.*

*Cf. Rowley (2000) and Romero (2010). The preceding is indebted to an unpublished article by Puleo (from the holdings of the now defunct Slap Magazine archive).

Really enjoyed that.  Janoski’s had what, 2 clips in 2019?  And they’re both wallie/slappy  sw crooks.  Wish we got more.
[close]

He also turned 40 this year. I think people forget how old he is.
[close]
I know not everyone's body is capable of doing it for this long but Reynolds still jumping down shit really makes me think Janoski has no excuse. He technically should have a higher chance having a post high impact career.

Truly baffles my mind that people think a guy like Janoski owes them something. He has no excuse because he doesn't need one.

He also had a nice bit of footage in Thomas Campbell’s film this year

I was more saying that reynolds makes that age range look doable as a skating career. I know he doesn't need to do anything if he doesn't want.

It doesn't sound like the title is referring to a skating line. From the video description: "The connecting route between New York and our home base in Ohio has been the backdrop of Habitat videos for years. We continue that tradition with “Connector Line,” a short film showcasing a season of East Coast skateboarding and closing with an all new video part of Mark Suciu."

Cool to see those infamous Ohio hubbas get unknobbed and resurrected.

We are so spoiled with all these amazing videos! Another Joe Castrucci work of art.

You should have seen the goofy smile on my face when Freddy showed up on screen.
