Seeing Mike Mo skate at this level gets me beyond stoked. Dude fucking kills it on flat even with a paralysed foot! And I've been feeling sorry for myself with my shit skills being set back by breaking my leg even though it's working almost as good as before and there should be no reason why it shouldn't get back to where it was before. This is super motivating to me!

It’s insane how little time it took for him to regain everything (on flat anyways).  I loved his super proper impossible. 

How long have you been back skating, Roisto?

A few months or something like that after the last surgery. They had to take the titanium out of my leg cuz the leg got sore with harder exercise (like skating) but that kinda took longer to figure out than it should have as the public healthcare here only cares about you until you can walk quite normally. Overall it's been close to two years now since I broke it and am still doing physical therapy to get it back to what it was now with a non public healthcare physical therapist who cares about more than only walking. It's slow but it's definitely getting better. Skating yesterday felt better than it has in two years and that made me really happy. 

This was a great game otherwise too. I really like Tom Asta's skating. This year I've liked some of these games way more than I usually do and am actually looking forward to the finals. Unthinkable!

Mo’s the man hyped to see him make it this far but I did get a kick outta him missing the impossible late flip thing and in return got beat on normal tricks. I’d like to see Asta in a slides vs grinds style GOS, he is insanely consistent on ledges.

Luan vs Sewa and Asta vs Joslin for finals night. As long as Luan wins the final game will be really fucking great in my opinion. At least better then Najera vs Papa.

Luan vs Sewa was probably the best game I remember (and will soon forget because its the berries skate game) but it seemed way faster than the other games played. Glad Luan finally won. To bad the course was so tight, he couldn't hit his top flatground speed.

In retrospect, Tom was maybe a tiny bit out f his league with all these other major players. He’s great and stylish, I liked how fast his feet flicked on tricks.
I kept telling my friend that luan was gonna really really want to win because of how he did in slides and grinds.
Luan Vs sewa was great and vs Joslin, so funny Jos thought luan was trying the extra 180 on the heel sex change an then finally made his underflip.
Excellent game. Luan killed it and deserves it based on his proformance imo.
Funny how Yune in the commercial before the first game, was saying how everything is fake and not to believe everything you watch.
