Tweaked Knee

Trying to back tail on a quarter and just sat on my knee.Heard a crack/pop and a little bit of pain/swelling. Anybody done anything similair and has advice?

Definitely stay icing it, rest and pop some advil. I did my meniscus but it was pretty painful and couldn't walk. Ended up having to have surgery. Hopefully you just tweaked it and ice/rest will sort it out. Keep an eye on it. You'll know after a few days if you need to get it looked at or not.

knees are fucked. go see a doctor, get an mri.

Going through an MCL strain right now. On month 2 of not skating
Where on your knee was the pop?
When you elevate don’t elevate with your knee bent keep it straight.
Get a stage 3 knee brace and wear it everywhere until it’s healed.

On my left knee and the pain is to the bottom left, seriously bummed as the last few weeks of summer are a no skate zone now.

Sounds like an LCL injury.
might have to do some research on it.
but with knees an MRI couldn't hurt

I just went through this. Ice that fucker constantly and get an MRI if you can. Also, if you don't need surgery, take physical therapy seriously.
