I’m Portuguese and I didn’t even know which one exactly is. Upon further research it is a bit blurry but basically it’s illegal to have sex with under 14 and from 14 to 16 you can be punished if you took advantage of the minor inexperience, (by being over 20y/o older like this case).

I felt like such a creep recently after just quickly chatting with these two girls who told me they were 18... I was curious why they came to a crusty old concrete skatepark at night with their huge expensive looking glass bong when the park is surrounded by multiuse sports fields with bleachers and dugouts. They told me they get hit on in the daytime and flattered me by assuming I was 23 when I'm actually twice their age. I assured them I was far too old to hit on them (36) and fucked off ASAP to let them do their thing. Can't imagine how you could carry on a relationship with an age gap that massive and think it's okay.
