It’s actually been kept under wraps but Jeremy makes all his money from settlement checks after losing two testicles in an LA schoolyard sometime around 2003.

Yeah, not sure you can dabble like that with Skid Row. I work very close to it, and it's probably a lot more serious than you're assuming. Skid Row has an internal code like the prison system does and I don't think he would survive or look as "normal" as he does if he was living that life.
There are just a lot of nobody's in LA that creep around and survive off people somehow.
