There's so many red flags in that Harmony post it's ridiculous.
That "individualism, choice and mah freedoms" talk is just a dogwhistle for anti-vax, conspiracy & corona-denialism. It gets even worse when anti-vax people compare themselves to Jews in nazi-germany or slavery, it's just so damn offensive.
Same goes for that "I took my vaccines but this is an important conversation to have". Sure, there are a conversation to have, like what can we do to keep people safe while trying to navigate different restrictions we have to put upon ourselves: what measures do we take, for how long and do they treat people as equals. If you can get vaccinated and have that passport regardless of your race, age, location, wealth etc. and you choose not to take the vaccination... well that's your choice bud.
It's like you are in a lifeboat right now with 6 people and one says that it's my choice not to row just because other say so and one other agrees that it's an important conversation to have.
We have lived in a global pandemic for two years now and I understand it's scary that future is still uncertain, but we can't just wait 'till this blows over, because that ain't happening.
