Moving to Madrid at the end of February for the last year of my 20's. Been following madrid_spots for a while, but any other recs are welcome!

Follow @santinopiech the main filmer for Welcome and a lot of other projects for good spots. Most of them are outside of the centre and so are the decent skateparks unfortunately. Welcome Skateshop again is the best, they'll help with spots if you roll through. @madrid_spots is kind of a pisstake really with the "spots" they post haha!

Going to Madrid for a week later this week. Might need to grab a deck their (budget airline)-- any tips on shop decks in the city with good wood?

If you are near the Escombro DIY, check out Paradis skateshop. https://www.paradisskateshop.com/en/collections/tablas-paradis

Their shop decks are around 50 euros and are Prime LA wood. I'm riding a 8.25 shop deck right now and it's pretty dope. If you are into shaped decks they also have the Jovontae and Jef Hartsel shapes as well.

Word, thanks! May hit up Paradis. Definitely want to check out Escombro DIY

just got back from a Spain trip for the holidayz. went to Madrid, Seville, and Cadiz. saw lots of beautiful ledges that i could tell had been skated but my Spain footage knowledge (other than BCN of course) is pretty minimal. Cadiz had a super mellow and sick park overlooking the ocean by a beautiful outdoor area which was amazing, didnt have a board or anything tho which was a bummer.

i would love to watch some vids that were primarily skated in any of these cities, so anything would be tight. im jetlagged and feel like im coming down with something, so skate vidz in these recently enjoyed cities would cheer me up. thankz

I'm headed out to Madrid the first week of October with my wife, a skate homie and his wife. Mostly vacation mode (relaxing, food, booze) but were gonna bring boards. Were staying around San Pascual area. I saw a few parks over that way. Any decent street spots we should check out outside of just wandering?
