No one had skated to Bad Brains - Big Takeover until I released my full length this year, which I was ultra surprised about.

Saw these guys play a couple of months ago, great show, loads of good songs, their new album is great.

Just heard this song and it made me think of this thread, it’d be perfect...

This tread lead me to this site with a song search. I'm sure many of you are already up on this but i figured i put it out there for those who don't know about it. It's led me to some decent videos

Michael Mackrodt skated to Echo Beach in an Element Europe vid that came out in the late 2000s. Don't ask me how I can remember that

Who could you see having a video to this song besides Uncle Freddy?

Maybe Twaun or Stevie?

I could see this song being used in a Northeast Megalopolis video (eastern exposure 4?)

Gall, Puleo, Merlino, Ishod, Reyes, Deily, Worrest, PJ, Sablone, Tyshawn, Quim, Rizzo, Gino

If any uhv these are in used in people's parts i would like to see the parts

Technically, Take Me To The Mardi Gras was used in Sage Humphries's Santa Cruz part in 1992. Steady moving them keys, and pressure flips, like Bob James.

Last Tango in Paris by Gato Barbieri would work well, I believe.

Some songs shouldn't be in skate videos. Like Sludgefeast by Dinosaur Jr. That's an epic song that could work well with a skate part, but it's better that it isn't. I can't really explain why, other than it's too obvious of a song to use.

There are a large number of IRA songs that would work very well for a skate part.

We used this one in our 2002 Video "Everything's going to be alright" for Chopper, our Japanese rider.

Not really suited for this thread, I'm not surprised nor do I really want it to be used in skating, but has anyone skated to power metal or some other cheesy melodic metal song? Feel like it could work for a guilty pleasure part

f.ex.

Diego Bucchieri skated to some god awful Spanish language Maiden rip off in Good and Evil. It is by far the worst song EVER skated to.

Dustin Dollin skating to Children of Bodom.

Yeah. I didn't say it was the best song but with cities -London, New York, LA, Chicago, San Francisco bay- being mentioned, fashion -baggy jeans and she'll toees, and American boys, I'm surprised no one has used it.
