Transfer settings for a vx2000 using Corel Video Studio
« on: November 15, 2018, 06:18:06 AM »
So i was trying to digitalize my footage, and it doesenŽt look as good as in the camera, so if someone knows what are the best settings for this program (or another free program), it whould be great.
Thanks!
Also, what is the best format to capture the footage? I tried mpeg. but some errors may pop up sometimes, and itŽs not compatible with the program that i use to edit (sony vegas).

Capture directly in Sony Vegas

Thanks, iŽll try that.
Does it keeps the original quality of the video?
Or do i have to set some settings?

I've never used Vegas. Always used Premiere. But yeah, capturing directly to your editing software is, as far as I know, the agreed best practice for capturing footage. Should be .avi when capturing from DV
