Figgy is super good but I’m just not really into his style and persona.
I haven’t seen Cyril footy in a while but I remember thinking he didn’t seem as good as everyone else in the parts I’ve seen.
Also feel the same way about Donta as I do Cyril.

I also wanted to say I’d cut Riley because again he is super good and sometimes I like his parts but, I’m not really into his style.

I doubt Dollin will ever get kicked of. He is og status and pretty much the last thing that represents what made Baker so great. And I'm more excited to watch him put out a gnarly trick/slam every couple years than what most pros/ams do.

Baker 4 will definitely be a reckoning. One hears rumors that some of these folks are ripping, but as skate consumers we need street tricks, not just rumors and IG park clips. That being said, the skaters who need to produce for Baker 4 to stay on the team would be:
Baca, Nuge, Cyril, Dee, TK, and Elissa. These people can not just make it on name alone and aren't putting footage towards other outlets like Riley and T-Funk. Of these, I'm thinking Baca will come through and we'll all be thrilled, and Dee and Cyril will be decent and nobody will notice, as usual.
So TK and Elissa should go, and probably Nuge, even though I really like him. I could live without all these names.

Of the ams I'd drop Allen. I'm baffled why this get kid gets so many opportunities. Kader is obviously going be to be a superstar. Donta... well, time will tell.

The Boss, Dollin, Figgy, Spanky, and Herman all get a pass as legends. Might be time for Dollin and Herman to bow out gracefully if they don't want to go for it anymore.

And that leaves Theotis and Rowan. I'm thinking Beasley still sells boards and is fine not getting paid shit since he has those Mountain Dew and Nike checks coming in. So he will stay but I could live without Theotis.

Obviously Rowan stays.

Maybe, however, it is a bad look to be a pro celebrating being a dick to random people at the park. His buddy's actions were unprovoked and well outside normal skate park etiquette. I see no reason to help someone make money when he celebrates his friend being a dick to me (a random skatepark local).

On the flip side, my board rolled away at the park one time and Wade Desarmo went out of his way to roll it back to me. I went out of my way to make sure my shops bought as much of his shit as possible. Being polite goes a long way.
