$3k a month? I was paying less than that while working a big boy job in lower Manhattan... What's your side job gonna be? I might quit mine and do that instead.

But my advice: Get roommates and move uptown. Got a spot in Harlem (110 & Madison) with my homies and we paid $950 each all bills paid. Great neighborhood too. Not a day goes by I don't shed a tear missing this place. I heard there's a Whole Foods up there now. Damn shame
