Tbh it’s waaaay better then fallout only issues I have is loading screen and that’s a minor quibble.

Playing on a console? Running it from an ssd on a somewhat older pc, no long loading times whatsoever.

No. The usb connection would limit the potential speed of an ssd. Replacing the internal drive on the other hand would make loading times faster. Still slightly slower than on a pc but an improvement nonetheless:

Good looking out, I’ve considered the ps4 pro but a ssd would definitely be a better upgrade instead of a newish pro.

It was. I'm still glad I gave my money to them, a good single-player with zero micro transactions.

Good, not great. Bland perks, not much variety in enemies. Used a science gun and companion skills maybe once. Not sure about actual replay value. Two locked planets, though...

I'd say so. On PC you can get it for like 5 bucks via xbox game pass. Just sign up, play it then cancel your subscription.

unless you are the kind of guy that can play a single player ARPG a few times, get it when its on sale or wait for the first XPac/DLC.  it came free with a new CPU i needed anyways, and really enjoyed it as a free game.  but if i payed 60 bucks for it- i would have felt a little robbed. its 40 hours max and i try get over a dollar an hour of fun out of my game purchases.
