I think session's ball is rolling and skater xl is going to be for discord kids and modders

Session scratches so many itches right out of the box. XL doesn't even have proper spherical fisheye built in to the replay editor

Gotta be honest I switched to Sessions after hearing everyone rave about it and I think it kinda sucks, you really have to spend a lot of time tinkering with settings to get it decent and even then I don't think it's as tight as Skater XL

that new XL footage looks like dogshit.  Like a DIY Skate 4.

I haven't had a chance to play this yet. Are the controls nearly the same as Skate?

Even with this game being as old as it is, the graphics and the model smoothing look only fair.

The physics on the other hand look better than even Skate 3.
I donít care what anyone says, a tit mouseís tibia is a thing of beauty.

Way beyond skate 3 controls. Each joy stick is a foot and you'll be terrible for a couple hours but eventually it clicks and you'll realize how much better it is vs skate.

Skaterxl was a ton of fun for a year and would honestly still recommend it overall but Session is easily the best game out. But it's way harder and slightly different than skaterxl so I'd probably recommend start with XL still

That sounds awesome, so you can basically mess with the board like irl?

I'm currently on Xbox One. I'm not sure if Session available for it or not.

Thanks for the suggestion

^^ I'm also an Xbox One user, Session's available on there (it used to be an absolute steal, they had a pre-release version you could buy for like 25 bucks that was automatically upgraded to 1.0 when that came out) but honestly it's so much fun that I'd pay full price for it.
