I say it time and time again, if you game and need a computer for general purposes, get a pc. A moderate ($600-$700, cheaper if you're willing to hunt down sales for parts) pc can handle current games, video/photo editing, and whatever reasonable uses you might have. Free online play, tons of sales, mods, early access to in development games, etc. Obviously don't get it just for this game but if you game regularly and could use a desktop pc, its a no brainer. Exclusives and ease of use with a living room tv is the only reason one could want a console. But you can also attach a pc to the tv and more and more exclusives are coming to pc (horizon zero dawn, red dead, etc) so even that's not a great reason. I kinda hate sony and microsoft for their business model so im definitely biased but I can't stress how good it felt to break out of consoles. Sorry for the rant.
