out of curiosity i went to the kershaw website and they sell this

tom wears those baggy cargo pants so he was probably ready to slice it up, so for legal reasons if you see a crackhead with one arm on the boardwalk, it wasnt tom, he was busy doing 100 kickflips on some youtube channel or something the night of the incident.
