So what was his deal that warranted a full documentary? It seems like once Circa folded, he dropped off the map.

He’s a home town hero / known good guy around Santa Cruz where I grew up so I feel it was to give him props for being such a solid skater / dad / person that as you said for most of the world hasent really been in the spot light too much but still kills it . He’s super loyal to Santa Cruz but I wonder if his career would have been much better somewhere else , he has great style for the most part and solid tricks on transition and street , I feel like if he was on a dlx brand or something that has aged better like that he would be seen more as a legend to a wider audience .

I meant it more that he seemed to just drop off and did he have some crazy life issues that drove that and they’ve just been under wraps until now. Having it be more a general retrospective on him as a Santa Cruz brand and area legend, that’s fine too. He just wasn’t top of mind for who I’d expect to get this treatment.

Sad Boy Winter
What video was that fakie fs flip down the 13 stair in? That shit was ahead of it's time.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.
Do any of you remember a video of him skating a park in, I want to say, Montana? The part was set to Native American singing/chanting. I think it was Strange Notes. I thought it was so fitting cause he kinda has that look. Surprised he is half Jewish. Pretty interesting background.
