As I sit here in a wheelchair thinking I might not be able to skate again this year... I wish I could do some horrible shuvs right now. I just learned them on transition that day and I though it was hilarious how sloppy they were.

Thanks man, the pyramid was where a learned them actually. You've got a sick FS noseslide I've never been able to slide them properly.

Perfect spot near my house: a basketball court with a bank ramp... kind of a skatepark, kind of a street spot. All fun. Ideal for me at 43 as I can just pop over there for a quick session whenever I have time.

I warm up to it by sliding a few right up on the coping/ramp. Ugly start but if it's working I can start to shift my weight more into the ramp than just sitting up top if that makes sense. I wanna see one!

Yeah, that makes sense! Still doing that a lot with Bs Disasters, actually. Will give it a go soon.

Finished off my first indoor session of the year with this one. I think I posted the same trick before but the obstacle is a bit of a step-up. If I ever make it to SF I’ll have to do it at Pier 7. Sore and slow after three hours of intense skating but my mate was backing it.

I started throwing these nose slides not knowing how the get out of it. Then they homie started filming. I just barged it until I got up there. Not clean but I’m so hyped I did it. It proves it’s doable for some kid. I swear if I had a steeper board I could come out to fakie easy.
