Awesome idea for a video fs1/2cab and thanks for the nice words. First time coming to this thread really and watching everyone’s footy is getting me hyped to skate and film.

I wanted to do that video for a long time. Honestly I am a bit surprised nobody did that before ^^
This thread always gets me hyped too. I think I kinda understand the foot positioning and body gesture for front noseslides due to your clip. Gotta try that. Cheers

I tried this for two days.
The first day after 3 hours I landed two but didn’t like them.
So I went back the next day but I was skating alone and I was just like pacing around looking at the curb for a long time because I was pretty intimidated. The second day it took two hours before I felt like I was getting close again.
Landed it twice around the 2.5-3 hour mark.

That was really cool, you're a super well-rounded skater with a good eye for spots, sometimes good sometimes funny (trick down the gap into the baby ditch felt like a recreation of some John Motta clip just on a 1/10 scale where you'd have to shrink yourself in order to roll away into the tunnel). Lots of solid stuff but I especially appreciated the occasional seemingly involuntary gestures, for instance that kickflip front nose down the handrail where you barely locked in almost looked like a kickflip shifty gliding down the rail, that's actually kind of sick. Also always love it when a PAL posts a solid frontside wallride. Watched the kickflip catch to then one foot twice to make sure it wasn't a kickflip late shove-it, which fucked with my brain already and then a minute later in or so you did an actual kickflip late shove-it which I always thought was a fucking hard trick especially to do that proper. I enjoyed watching this, good stuff.

I haven't skated since November due to all the snow here but it was finally decent enough outside today, tried boardsliding a hubba today but instead ate shit for not leaning forward enough.

For a bit I contemplated trying it again but ultimately decided to just settle for and enjoy low impact skating from now on, I don't wanna tear my ACL again and then not be able to skate period.
