They just started Mcdonalds breakfast here. I hadn't had Mcdonalds in a good 3 or 4 years and broke that by getting sausage and bacon egg mcmuffins two days in a row. Second day I felt so unhealthy.
My regular weekday breakfast consists of:
Mueslix and branflakes or wholewheat cereal
An orange or banana
Two cups of coffee
If I'm running late then it's a nature valley granola bar and fruit.
People here think I must be starving because I don't eat rice, soup, and meat for breakfast. They also can't understand how I got tall eating cereal and fruit....
On either Saturday or Sunday I'll make something killer at home for breakfast. Bran muffins, pancakes, eggss benedict, omelettes, fritata, scones, and that kind of shit.
