I had a friend that really liked Todd's stuff due to it being original and not following trends. I want to say this was around 2003, lots of nollie noseslides and nollies into crooks etc. My dude would be in the parking lot doing casperflips and pogos n shit, while we were doing trendy tricks on ledges. Anyway, he was also really into the Doors, Alice in Chains, and Blind Melon. Fast forward a few years and we could barely get him to go skate. Turns out, he got into coke, and then crack and spent his time cracking out, hiding in his attic being paranoid. Last time I went skating with him, he first told me that he thought I asked him to go skating so I could "secretly make fun of him", to which I said "what are you talking about?" and I continued skating. He inched his skating away from where I was, and then suddenly took off, like he was running away from home. Last time I skated with the guy. Anyway, you were a real one Todd, ca-caw!
