I was lucky enough find this within skating distance of my new apartment

Not shown in the photo but it's about 15 ft of freshly painted parking blocks, not really flush but I'm planning hitting some of the gaps with steel stik

I skate this thing basically everyday after work for about 20 minutes or so. Sometimes I’ll hit it with a coat of laquer before work so it’s ready to go when I get off. There’s also a really nice heavy plastic bench but the ground is pretty crusty

Been running this spot hard on lunch sessions with my homie. Two of these little island things, with a long flat curb on the back edge of the lot, and a big (Recently painted) curved curb closer to the building. Definitely the best slappys ive found around my way

It would be really hard for me to not make it look like a car had accidentally unearthed one of those poles and bent over the other one then got away without leaving their insurance information and when the Super comes by and ask what happen I'd say I don't know man people got problems.

But I understand that you don't want to blow the spot. It would be hard for me

Thanks man! Learing those was a total nightmare but worth it at the end
I've always thought that the curbs that some of you guys have are so perfect, like small banks. Maybe it's a California thing, the ones that Collin Provost launches off look so fun to skate, specially for slappys

Not kidding about the night vibes. I am listing to Prefab Sprout and looking at those pictures and it is making me feel some kind of way for sure. Amazing spot.

is this in northern Virginia? Looks like a parking lot near my parents' house

Moving into a house across the street from a schoolyard where I found this curb. Kind of meets in the middle like a triangle. I’m going to get this going and then dig out a few more. Ground is not super smooth but this is the East Coast and we roll whatever, right?

This is the mall parking lot right by my place. Usually it's an early morning/late night hit because the parking lot fills up fast and security patrols the lot. All the little islands are covered (the one pictured is by far my favorite, perfect for warm ups and learning tricks). The entire mall is surrounded by classic California Reds, no wax/no spray needed. I usually just do laps around the mall and try to slap every hundred feet or so.

This is my back up. The red paint is real dry and flaky, the street is super busy, it's uphill for backside grinds, there are a lot of big cracks in the street.... so naturally I spend 4-5 hours a week here.

I spent time waxing one section, but the rest is pretty seasoned just from grinds.
