His gimmicks aren't too different then Smolik with his pants and swag, or Boulala shit, even Greco through his phases. It's awesome to me. Bring em (gimmicks) all on. Better than some vanilla , bland, can't tell who it is nobody's that are skating nowadays. Let the kid find himself, jeez. Isn't he like 21? He's got a few more phases in him probably. Especially hanging with Bill , dill , kt, and all them. Sage is doing his own weird shit too.

A-FUCKING-men. I seriously don't understand the amount of hate pro skaters get when they have standout clothing/style/crazy gear. Seems like the most natural thing for skaters to have a unique approach to fashion, especially when you're paid to do nothing but ride a skateboard. That's why skaters have usually been well ahead of the curve with mainstream trends.

I'd honestly lose interest if every pro skater was a standard issue and afraid of rocking gear and being eccentric.

He's wack. Throws temper tantrums at Pulaski as a visitor, dresses like a neo-nazi, and somehow is a pro because hypebeasts who don't care about skating like Supreme. The best thing in his career is Strobeck edited his part to Mayonaise, although, it sort of sucks because someone better can't use the song without getting criticized. To be honest, the only people in Blessed who live up to the hype are TJ, KB (although he needs to put more out), Elijah, Sage, Rowen and Vincent Touzery.

Mayonaise edited by Strobeck, with Ben’s skating in NY was perfection. One of the best video parts to come out in a long time.

It was a unique and dynamic part. Hell even Tyshawn gave Ben some love when he landed that Lipslide on that impossible spot

I'm impartial to the guys skating. He's definitely done some insane stuff and done some not so rad stuff in my opinion. His crazy kits and fits aren't to my taste but I am definitely a believer that skating always needs to include weirdos like this and that's something I realised is one of the most entertaining things while watching that latest 'all the shit off the internet' video. Such a big spectrum of styles of skating.

Also I don't think he's done anything controversial to warrant real hate has he?

Well because he kinda is. Maybe not to old dudes but him Dylan and SP definitely have a huge impact on younger skaters. Whether you wanna admit it or not Supreme's team is basically responsible for 90% of how kids dress/skate now.
