It's kinda funny when skateboarding flexes it's cooly guy points by getting literally any level of celebrity to make a cameo, as if to say 'hey look! we made it! We hang out with celebrities now!'. Kinda loses it's intended effect on old squares like me who never paid attention to sports, and have no idea who Kyrie Irving is.

A pretty stupid commercial, but hey they got Kyrie. For those on slap who don’t know him, he would be the skating equivalent of mark suciu in terms of comparing the skating to his basketball/stature in the community, not like his personal self. Either way the only thing funny about this is the concept of Kyrie playing as himself in 2K. I get you gotta sell the NBA SB stuff, but y’all can do better. The NBA is the funniest and best shit talking league in all of sports, y’all could have done better.
