Yes, he did. It was in Photosynthesis.

Tom Penny apparently has had a faulty ankle for awhile. That could be the reason why his style's changed now that he's older, keeping his arms out all the time to steady himself maybe?

It seemed like his skating and style transitioned over night probably sometime around the 98 99 era. I Dont remember seeing footage of the dude in the between period of smooth style god Penny to droopy eyed armless 00 penny.

This was the weird thing for people who grew up skating in the 2000s, you read so much about Penny & how highly revered he was. Then really sorry came out and the dude didn't look 100% comfortable on a skateboard.
