My homie from Rialto once told me the Lightwork crew in that area jumped his friend,  simply because he was poking fun at them.

I personally have no problem with people being naturally very good at skating and expressing them selves.

not fitting into your criteria of what is acceptable for outfits or music is your own vendetta. The skating is good, they are kids, what ever.Mumble rap isnt my favorite kind of music, loud dressing isnt my personal taste, but editing a short video on instagram (its fucking instagram for christ sakes) to the music your into and dressing how you want to dress is absolutely fine. Get over it. This is coming from a bitter 30 year old mind you.

In boxing we use "light work" as easy / little effort, i.e. "3 * 2 minute rounds, just light work" or as a derogatory term, pretty sure that is fairly universal at this point.

For sure, that was well stated. However, I will say, it must be universal to the boxing world, because again, never heard it used like that, though I could assume it means easy/ little effort. At least not enough for me to remember. Also, That term doesn't necessarily need to be used in boxing. Someone could just say that instead of, slow day, little bit of work, some work, etc.

If you're wondering why I care enough to even reply....a large part of me isn't sure why either.

An even better way to hate on these dudes is to NOT make threads on slap that draw attention to them.

You gave them some sweet free promotion. Good work.

Wow I had no idea it's a brand and has a team...well I kinda change my tone and I hope it does well for them, definitely no fucking vile hatred from me. You can fuck off with that. Pretty sure the expression light work originates from work out routines and lifting weights so the expression is super corny in skateboarding but so are a million other things so who cares.

I figured it was like, easy work. Skating for them is easy, so the work they put in is light. You're thinking of light weight. Get over dumbass self.

My first guess was it's a Dilla reference.

lol nah mumble trap fans are not Dilla fans
