shit's not easy, man. you get used to the dose from your doc then that eventually ceases to be enough especially if youre looking for a high.
for all you know he couldve been mostly off em and this been an isolated incident(if it was in fact an OD. was it confirmed?). a lot of people dont realize theyve lost their tolerance and end up OD'ing if they end dabble again
