Jake Phelps' commitment to skateboarding is undeniable. Who cares if he sounds like he is 12, skateboarding probably still brings out the kid (or person) in him. He is over 50 and still skating with his friends daily. Fuck you haters, you'd kill to be in this mans shoes.

How does he have a commitment to skating? Because he writes a couple sentences a month and leaves work at 1pm to go do some 6 in. airs on vert? That sounds hard. Dude didn't pay any dues.
Bottom line, just some worthless piece of shit who thinks he's better than everyone else. That's why he acts like that. His job and stance at Thrasher has obviously gone to his head. And you know, that said I myself had a big head at one time but I'd like to think I actually had a reason for that.
