El Toro 20 is located inside the high school.  I doubt that school officials there could green light the idea even if they wanted to.  Insurance nightmare waiting to splatter.

That was in San Francisco.  Good luck getting permits from the city of Lake Forest, nestled in ultra conservative Orange County.
