Fort Miley Google Map Mystery

Head to Google Maps & set it to satellite view, enter “Fort Miley, SF” into the search bar, zoom in on the spot (actual name is Battery Chester) & give me your best guess as to who it might be.

I was google mapping with satellite view on when what should I discover at Fort Miley?




So... who wants to claim it’s them?

EDIT: I loaded these from my phone, and now cannot see the images I just loaded.
Is anybody else able to see them, or did I blow it?

Ya blew it haha. I’ve been using imgbb lately. They have bbc codes you can copy for each image.

Anyway, I made it a DIY thing in the drastic edit of the original posting.

This thread is a bust.
Couldn’t load images from my phone, without which, this is a real dud.
Fun part was that, from overhead/outer-space, you can clearly see somebody (mid push) skating at the iconic spot.
This is why I don’t start threads often; they all go about this well.   
Feeling dumb, might delete later.
