I bought the gamechangers a year after acl reconstruction and meniscus clean-up. I was having pain in my knee and foot from just walking and standing at work, let alone skating. As someone else said these are truly gamechangers for me. I feel pretty normal again with hardly any pain in my knee and arch (I have flat feet). I just wish I would have bought them sooner. I spent a lot of money and time and random insoles that physical therapist recommended and stuff I would see at the store and none of them worked. These things are the truth! I am wearing them in the AVE Pro right now and they feel really good.
