I’ve been shopping around to see what kind of low trucks I could find (I’m currently skating 8.38 decks). There seems to be almost none. All I found were the Thunder Team Titanium which is just under 50mm height which I’ve been skating, and Royals, which apparently all come in the low range for trucks. Anyone else think this is a problem? And ideas why this is? Am I missing something?  Your thoughts

can I ask how loose do you have your trucks? having trucks that wide wouldn't that cause wheel bite?

It differs from truck to truck.

The pivot part of a tracker is pointing more forward (similar to the indy 5-7)
The axles were also around 9” plus wide. Turned similar ace.
He was riding a black spit that mark gave him at the park so the wheels were pretty big for a low truck.

Then something like a low venture that has a center kingpin I would be on a 52 or less. Wheel bite is more likely because of the straight pivot and the centered 90° kingpin.

Thunder team titanium’s are 52.3mm tall, same as the rest of the team trucks. The forged baseplate version is about 50.8mm
I’m 30

Yeah Royal 5.5s would work and if you like low trucks you will enjoy them. You can also get tensors in low that would fit that the 5.25 or 5.5.
