So pushing mongo is a very common practice, especially for people just starting to skate. When I got started, I pushed mongo for years until finally fixing it. Since I came across an opportunity to help others with pushing mongo, I decided to make a video explaining why its not a good habit and how to easily and quickly get out of the habit!
