I admire his ability to take on ridiculous drops and roll away from them but at this point, it's played out and his skating seems to have suffered because of it (see front tail). I could watch more of his tranny skating but the street stuff has lost it's appeal.

There was a local kid around here who always tried to huck tricks he couldn’t do well and actually knocked himself out cold once. I can’t find it at the moment, but he actually made a theatrical-style trailer for a clip of him 360 flipping a 12 stair that he clearly didn’t land. He would also always try and play SKATE with me, and I would skunk him with 180s and shove its whole he would desperately fling 360 flips on flat.




Anyway, he does a lot of drugs now, and if Jaws’ career goes south he probably will too.

Lionel was the name of the kid we knew that was like this. He'd try the most bonkers shit and never even glimpse making it, but he'd wreck his body. Everybody would cheer him on, "DO IT, LIONEL! DO IT!"
