I live in the UK, but refuse to eat any fast food unless I'm in Sweden (I visit regularly with work.)

MAX Burger wins, every time.

Do they have poutine in America?
[close]
Any time I see it on the menu I order it. I almost want to travel for legit poutine. Any suggestions?

It is not fast food but they have it at bars and food spots. I doubt youd consider it legit poutine.
I've had a spicy one with chorizo and pepperjack with shoe string potatoes and it was fire.

It's a "aim for the stars" situation. Gravy. Cheese. Fries. If they fuck that up they probably aren't in business long!

Montreal of course.....

In Canada, Taco Time mexi fries. They are basically hash brown nuggets glorified with some spice, but fuck are they good (and even deadlier dipped in ranch dressing)

Those are tater tots no?

Chick-fil-a is a good answer but I think I prefer Shake Shack's

5 guys
Weinerschitzle fries are super underrated.
Chic fil a fries are dope but even when I order the large, it doesn’t seem like that much.

I still think mcdonalds because they’re consistantly good and cheap. You might get some really good ones at 5 guys or something but next time they’re cold and soggy, plus they’re like 3 bucks which is a lot for fast food. I don’t really like anything else at mcdonalds so i never go there tho. Jack n the box curly fries can be good too but they’re more expensive. I know it’s not breaking the bank but if i get fast food i want it to be cheap, otherwise i’ll just get a burrito and be way more satisfied

Carl's Jr. (or Hardee's, for you east coast assholes) criss-cut fries.

Also wendys fries are trash now , used to be good.

it's true. they switched to some potato peel version when everyone freaked about fake food. they used to be slightly fatter mc'd's style fries.

if you can land mc'd's straight out of the fryer they are the supreme fry, period.

some of the highest culinary minds in the world will admit it.

whether it's real food or not is another story.

BK fries are the gnarliest. you will have an oily discharge. best to go the popeyes route if you need battered fries. lmao BATTERED FRIES.
