Tennessean and huge Titans fan here.  I'm really proud of how far we have come this season. Tannehill has been incredible and obviously... King Derrick Henry just keeps proving his worth. That beatdown we put on the Ravens was amazing. A buddy of mine from Baltimore had sent me a trash talk text right before the game and it gave me so much satisfaction to like the message when the 4th quarter ended.

I recently scored a never-worn crewneck sweatshirt from 2000 celebrating the AFC Championship win with Steve Mcnair and Eddie George on it. I was just 10 when I watched that game. I don't really remember it but I remember I was hyped.
Nice. Vrabel has been huge for you guys. I would know because of rooting for him during the 3 SB's he won with the Pats :)

Im going to the game next week and cant wait to watch my Chiefs make it to the superbowl. Titans are a great team but it isnt happening like last time. Derrick Henry is scary but if the chiefs offence can click 100% they stand no chance. Mahomes is destined to get us that Lombardi trophy.

For your sake hopefully KC doesn't start like last week.. and then need some terrible coaching to kick start their comeback. Mahomes was shaking his head in confusion for a while there in the first half. Looked like he saw a ghost.
Yeah man I know those dropped catches and blocked punt were devestating. We need to take lead early and make tenne play catch up. But like I said if chiefs offence are 100% clicking I dont really think it matters what tenne does.

picking a chiefs vs. niners superbowl with the chiefs winning it all but would love to be wrong and see the titans holding up the lombardi. I'm always a fan of underdogs.

Agreed. Don't want packers. SF winning is drama around me because of Jimmy G (pats fan). Go titans but then i guess its just go AFC.

Anyone doing a Draft Kings or anything for tmrw games?

This should be a good Superbowl I really believe the best two teams are in it so it's well deserved and I expect a high scoring game

I felt bad for him watching the Giants bench him.

It happens to all the greats... see Dan Marino’s last game (sb nation has a great video on it).

Eli is 116-115 or something. Career .500. I don’t know why i find that so hilarious it almost suites him...

But damn that Super bowl against the undefeated pats was one of my favorites of all time...

I would have let him finish out the season and retire him with dignity.  It's not like the Giants were squandering any potential this year.  Shit happens I guess.

I felt like overall it was a pretty slow game...first three quarters at least and no massively exciting plays but good for the Chiefs, both teams deserved to be there for sure

That game was pretty slow. I thought it would be much more high scoring. That TD from KS that changed the game was a little sus

yeah i would've liked to see 4th and 1 on the goal line there. It would have been the deciding play of the game.

The whole automatic review thing is useless, didn't have a good camera angle and its really used to just change anything completely obvious. Refs don't want to go back on what they called on the field.

That 44 yard pass play to Hill on third down was the momentum swing.

The TD was suspect but I do think it was good. There wasn't video proof to overturn the call.

I thought it was a good game. Obviously I wish the Titans were there instead of the Chiefs but it was a fun season.

Now I just hope we can hold on to Henry.

It looks like Tannehill is staying? woohoo! https://nypost.com/2020/02/02/the-mystery-is-already-out-of-ryan-tannehills-free-agency/

Certainly has the potential if he stays healthy.
There was an interview with TK, when he was a plumber. He got asked if he gets recognized on the job and his response was "No. Plumbin in disguise." Everyone on SLAP thought he said "put him in the sky"

I was worried when I saw that hit tbh. Good clean hit though

If the kid can stay upright and they keep that talent around him, i could see him in that conversation someday...

Only call i thought was pretty bogus was the offensive pass interference on Kittle in the first half... which seems to be on the back burner today...

youre right. Such a subjective call. Can’t stand it. There are clear replays from this yer very similar if not worse and it wasn’t called

Definitely...There’s just no consistency.. it’s so frustrating to watch. Why even give coaches an option to challenge, if it rarely gets over turned anyways...
