I would be hyped but they've had trailers for 2 years. Did this one just get released? Any updates on a release? This trailer looks better than the first one I found.

Yeah, they're pushing to premiere it within the next 2 months. Today was the actual 20th anniversary of the first THPS, so I think the producers are trying to piggyback off of that milestone.
