Skateboarders historically don’t really take well to education via an arm around the shoulder and sage advice. Duffle probably learned more than one important lesson from that shit coming out, and faster than he would have at that age from just being told “don’t use the N word, dude.” Sure it’s a bit draconian, but one could argue that it worked like a charm.

Regarding Marissa, what part of it are you grossed out about? The fact that he asked? Are you grossed out by periods in general?

Did not know about Corey begging them to edit out the Stevie stuff. That sucks. I remember Chris when he was working at Earth Core skate shop in New Brunswick NJ and he told me he was going to be a writer and he did so good for him.

You need to lighten up a little, don't be offended by people talking about periods or sex. If you got interview by Big Brother you knew what you signed up for. I like Duffel, but he also bends the truth in this interview a little to his advantage, saying Chris asks him why he sounds gay as the second question (he does not, he asks about the speech impediment) and you know fully well Duffel knows that.

I'm a huge fan of Nieratko and Carnie. Sure they've had some misses over the years, but they've put out soooo much content, a lot of it great. Nieratko's  interviews are some of the best ever. Also his porn reviews were always amazing.
