Poncho Moler Think deck
« on: September 17, 2019, 09:07:55 PM »
Anyone ever seen a Poncho Moler Think deck with an illustration of a stripper with blonde hair, gstring, money and Think logo on guys hat watching?
(Not photo collage) blueish backround
Trying to find an image but doesn’t exist, anyone remember?
Probably like a 7.5”x30”
Anyone know when poncho went pro?

wait wait wait,

pancho moller and weeman are two different people?

I always wondered if Pancho felt bad that pretty much everyone credited his tricks to Weeman. Pancho is way more tech and has a way bigger bag of tricks. Pancho rules, dude ripped

people whose reference was jackass, but long before that Pancho was an EMB loc and skaters of his generation know who he is.

Underrated. I don't think skateboarding was mature enough at the time to be like "yo this dude should for real get shine"
You know I thought these forums were a for skating not discussing fetishes

I think the opposite. He got shine for his skills and being on the streets, there was little or no tokenism involved in the respect he gets.

Maybe that’s just how it seemed when I was reading mags growing up, but you don’t hear anyone taking about that dude these days other than on internet forums

kids these days barely know Think (defunct years ago) or EMB. Pancho's peers were Karl Watson, Lavar Mcbride, Mike York, Jovontae, Henry Sanchez, Mike Carol, Scott Johnson, Huf etc. The fact that he came up alongside so many bonafide legends and anybody is still talking about him 30 years later... dude could skate really good.

3 From Hell was a pretty good movie, and Pancho plays a very important role in the final outcome.
