This really is one of the best interviews in a while. Wildly entertaining. I am glad they cut it short though. My guess is that he downed a bunch of beer before the interview and it was gradually entering his bloodstream throughout so that by the time it was over he was fucking plastered. The beers he drank on camera were probably the tip of the iceberg.

Good episode, it was definently entertaining and it was cool to hear about the element period, how he got on Toy and Emerica, growing up with GT, etc.

 Back when i drank i would'nt get that sloppy even after 20-30 beers. Either he had been drinking for a while before or had some of Rog's Jameson. If not he's definitely a light weight,  especially for someone who drinks add much as him.

There are single/partial sentences, every couple of minutes, where I get super engaged because of the topic. Then he yells “HELL RIDE!” but because he’s hammered, it comes out as “HEaEuL RoiiDe!”

I have about 20 minutes left and am constantly wishing he didn’t show up so drunk so he could coherently get through a story. I had no idea he was my age, had been on Toy Machine and Volcom for so long or used to ride vert. I’m sure he has some amazing stories to tell.

Long term predictions:

A) Joins AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) then joining AA (if he’s fucking lucky, Andrew Allen) and continues to progress in skateboarding while sober.

B) Permanently soaks his brain in alcohol, renders himself useless by the time he’s 38 and becomes DD jr.- sans the Australian ability to survive a dissolved liver.
