[close]

does it really matter what size board someone prefers?
you gonna call out stevie, kalis or anyone else who prefers a smaller plank?

since the sunshine has come out ive been burning through boards
set this one up friday night, skated sat, sun, monday
krooked speyer gest 8.125x31.5 (drehobl shape)
indys
bones 53
swiss no shields
indy hardware
iron horse
dvs doze or halfcabs

this board is such a BEAUT! the shape is one of my all-time favorites..as is wade. wish I would have known this way being made before I bought my new deck

Get Bones bushings, the only way to make the new Indy's feel halfway decent.

It's so awesome to see that people on here have out-grown that 7.5 bullshit, I have little or no respect for anyone over 15 who still skates a tiny board. but  yeah i'm rockin:

Toy Machine 8.25 Monster
Thunder 147 Lows ( I used a bench grinder to take away some of the kingpin, and now they dont catch, I highly recomend it.)
Spitfire S4's 50mm
Bones Swiss
MOB Grip
Allen Hardware( My friend who switched me over to big boards also switched me to this, thanks Tony!)

Fallen Rippers 9.5
kook!
who cares what size board you ride? I ride a 7.5-7.75, I skate lots of transition, I've been skating for 12 years, I think I know whats up. I have absolutly no problem with wide boards, but to lose respect for sombody because they prefer a skinny deck....LAME.

you may rock a big board but you're still afraid to turn..................ditch the hoverboard trucks and get some highs

see?  doesn't sound too nice, now does it?  anyway,

8.2 coda deck
indy 139 highs
54mm spit classics
bones reds
boner bolts
vans half-crabs

EDIT:  i just noticed you also skate 50mm wheels.............whats the matter afraid to go fast aswell?

8 inch AWS dill (with the perfect shape)
Indy 139 highs (I'm in love)
Habitat 50mm (terrible - wish i had some spitfires)
Bones swiss (of course - do you guys do the shields on or off?)
Mob grip (which is the best)
Shortys hardware always (that rosa ad where she's covered in hardware sold me for life)
Circa Tres in black suede/white sole (circa as a company may be wack but they make great shoes to skate in)

I was a venture lows rider for the past 10 years or something and just got on some indys this week and it's seriously changed my life.

Man, what a difference going from Venture lows to Indy highs - how does it feel to be able to turn?! My sister has venture lows, and even when those things are looooooose, it's like, hmmmmm, no turney...

Does Mob grip still come with the holes in it?

Sick!

Man it feels amazing to go from small floppy trucks to solid stable ones. And Mob does still have little holes I think you can't see them so I'm not sure - i just like it because its super grippy and stays that way.

anyone else remember that rubber griptape from the mid-90's? Can't recall a company name. Never had it myself, but remember throwing a kickflip rubber on rubber was a hindering feeling; you felt a little bit more glued down to your board.

I really don't think skating smaller wheels affects speed, it's all in your push and pumps, if anything i'd be willing to bet most of the dudes I see skating 58mm wheels are alot slower than me. On top of that, they never leave the bowls/ mini ramps because they're to old and or shitty to skate street oriented things.

trust me, no one is slower than you when you're the kid doing 2mph bs tails on the small box with your ipod on, then flipping out because it wasn't "steezy"...........i skate faster than you guys going to get my water

Penis hands that is such a good characterization of me, I actually only faux push to slow down. I'm actually going to go down to my local shop and pick up some 60mm's so I can be a speed demon like you when I get my water.
