It was on sale so I had to get it. I will happily skate the Magenta 7.875's forever.

Loving these magenta boards. Are there any US online shops I could scoop one up at?

It might just be the angle or something, but is your axle bent by the top right wheel?
It's the angle, back truck looks the same.

my jaw literally dropped. Who's dick did you suck?

No sucking, just some good people are amazing enough to hook a fellow up. I'm only keeping two of these, I'm going to give the rest to this little skate class my friend is doing for little kids, thought it'd be great to give back.

Thanks dudes. I'm gonna be a little selfish though! I'm keeping the Ishod Skate Rats (8.25, just the perfect size) and that Low pro! haha, I've been wanting to try it.

I was just saying it's a big board, is all.

It was kind of just an indirect way of me asking him what kind of skating he does/style, ya know? I figure most people who skate street seriously don't usually go over 8.4. When you're riding an 8.6+, with giant wheels no less, then I figure you skate more tranny...or just cruise

There are so many pros that ride 8.5" boards.  BA, Duffel, Jordan Hoffart, Lizard King...just to name a couple.

In the grand scheme of things, no, not many pros ride an 8.5+

and how many ride 58mm wheels?

Indeed, sir; I understand. Let me know if you require additional funding for this sure-to-be colossal study.

what brand is active wood comparable to?  I've never skated one but all of their decks are 2 for $40 today only.  We broke out here.

I ride a 9"x33" cause I'm really tall, my shoulders are too wide for shorter boards, can't land balanced on bolts which means I break normal decks in a week

impulse buy.  decided to bump up to a bigger set up and got new trucks and board (went from 8 to 8.38)..

How is this working out for you?
I'm contemplating the same bump up, but I've skated 8 for so long I feel like 8.38 will be huge and awkward.

so I just put on these OJ "Never Forget Pluto" wheels on

My verdict: they are awesome. Like them much much better than my old spits. I think I finally kicked the fire.

also...the joy of new swiss bearings. haven't had a fresh pair of these puppies in a looong time. Thanks again Jake Johnson.

the formula for those never forget pluto ojs is seriously fucking sick, theyre made to be like skatepark wheels but im not sure how they compare to spfs... all i know is i skated my friends and it was the first time i noticed how good/sick wheels can feel
