I was kind of joking on my way out the door to my wife:
"Does this look like a rectangle?"
she said "yeah"... which triggered my anxiety.
I feel like it could be fun for certain aspects of skating but probably will still mostly roll 7.75

Can I please get the specs on that Orchard eggy? I skate their shop popsicles typically, but if they drop that shape again I might give it a shot.

Not sure if this is the best thread for this question but here goes...

I put new Bones Swiss bearings into old wheels and on old trucks yesterday and one of the wheels is making a noise that is driving me crazy. It's a like a rotational/rhythmic vibrating noise when I spin it. I took the bearings out and put them back in a few times and still there.

Any ideas?

Balls within the bearings might have an imperfection (flatspot, scratch, or dent) that you hear when it rubs against the cage as it rolls. My swiss 6 have made that sound before (kinda like a real low pitch hemi.)

After bashing crailtap wood in a different thread I ironacally found this in my basement (must of hid it from myself to avoid the inevitable heartbreak). One quick lunchtime session in and no pressure cracks  :) I used to run Ventures on my Loveseats but Indys are way better imo.

If they're brand new, they shouldn't be dented or anything - maybe one of them isn't seated all the way in - if you have the spacers in, just crank the axle nuts down to make sure the bearings are pressed in, then loosen them a 1/4 turn - this has also caused that issue for me in the past.

Just put together a second smaller setup:

- Sunrise griptape
- Thunder 1"
- Ace 44
- Insomnio full conical wheels 54x36x23
- Big balls
Super stoked.

Similar thing happened to me recently when I got my Swiss 6. Turned out I had bent my front, toeside axle.
