Would also like to know, those look like they fit perfectly.

diamond hardware, they do fit perfectly!

Thank you! Just scooped some. This inspired me to beak out my loopholes, though I think I may have to go down to 44s from 55s because of how wide they are.

FA Nak Hands
8.5
14.25 WB

Thunder 151s Hollow Lights [Riptide Pivot cups]
Spitfire F4 56mm Conical Full
Bones Reds Big Balls
MOB

That looks so good! Basically my setup except I’ve got a Hockey 8.5 (point break graphic) and indy hollows 159, makes me wanna try thunder 151s (was on FA/Hockey 8.38 and thunder 149 Team hollows until recently, with 54mm conical fulls)

I probably shouldn’t, I really like my 159s, but damn that setup looks crispy

tacky was the art direction since its "designer grip" and it was funny until i had to look down at it for hours.

anything but black griptape is forced disassociation at this point. peeling it all off today before i end up correctly focusing it

Really liked the visit, but a chip in the nose and it getting soggy prompted it’s retirement. Ordered a new one but it got “lost” by ups..

Grabbed this as a quick backup and hopefully the shortness doesn’t bother me

All these Darkroom setups look so nice. I’m glad this company is starting to catch fire.  Pendleton’s graphics are some of the best out right now.

DOA Ben Havran
8.38 x 32 with 14.25 wheelbase
Venture 5.8 with forged/hollow baseplates
Loophole 54mm, teardrop shape

This 8.38 shape is so good. Fuller nose with a rounded tail.  I didn't put much advance thought into this, but between the South Central wood, Venture trucks, and Loophole wheels this is pretty much as close to an American made setup as you you can get.

Which one?

The old set-up thread was fucked, so I figured I'd start it over.  It's interesting to see what other people are riding.

So, what is your current set-up?

You said it man! I have skated the same shape on Indy 144 hollows before and the Ventures feel fantastic. The Venture love may be teen years nostalgia, but I don't care.  The snap is great and I actually really like they way they turn (including transition).

I'm binging on P2 boards and this is my second one in a row:

Santa Cruz 8.25 - Bought it very lightly used, the kicks were really steep. Going up from 8.125 was easier than I expected
Venture 5.6 V-Hollow with cast baseplate - Swapped these out for Thunder 148 Titanium, need a slightly lower setup to concave for the steep kicks
Bones STF V3 52mm - thinking of trying a F4, if anyone knows the most similar shape let me know
Assorted bolts & bearings

Was riding Ventures for my past 4 boards, first time on Ventures in over 6 months. The pop feel is lighter and more forgiving than Ventures, getting a nice floaty ollie was way easier on Thunders. The grind was good but the pinch was very different from Ventures; the 148 hanger is thinner so I had to change how I was popping to get a good lock in on my trucks. The slide was not as bad as I recalled, but we'll see tomorrow when I skate another park ledge.
