Ivey hotel in Charlotte

Hey slap, long time lurker.
Someone posted a spot at the Ivey hotel in Charlotte. I just moved here and desperately want to find it. It was like a natural quarter pipe into vert. Anyways if anyone knows where this thing is it would be very helpful.

P.s. I work in the restaurant at the hotel and me and one of my co workers really wanna skate this thing.

Yea I’m inside the building about 15 hours a day. I have yet to explore the outside. I do skate the ledge by the parking garage across the street.

Its not really a ledge. It’s dick high and about 2 feet long. It’s on 5th street. If your in Charlotte you know.
