Griptape
« on: December 13, 2019, 01:08:20 AM »
I'm realitivly new to skating and am wondering about grip. For the past 7 months I've used jessup grip because it came free with my boards. I'm using mob right now and I like it but just wondering if there's something better. I notice that my shoes don't grip all that well and start to kinda slip a little after about 1-2 weeks. I've used different shoes and it's the same. So I'm thinking it's the grip. I want something that has a little more grip. Thanks.

Hmm mob is usually pretty damn grippy. I use jessup because it feels less overall. Also next time you have a question about gear just post in 'shoes & gear', more people will see it.

What kind of shoes you got?  Thick, coarse suede is your friend if you want grip.  Suciu 2’s or GT Blazers work well, I’ve found.
