Just wanted to say that I never gave the Bunt a chance until recently but I'm so glad I did. These guys are hilarious and save me during my commute. Can't wait for the Darrell episode!

They're killing it with the guests this season. I feel like 9club got a little watered down the past couple months with some forced / paid interviews.

I havenít listened to this episode yet but I seen him once at Stoner and he was off his rocker. Dude seems crazy.
He was so so sick in Free your mind.  He fucked up once he left Real. Leaving any dlx company is a real quick way to expose a kook.

Edit: ya got me, thereís some exceptions.
I was thinking more Midler when I made that statement.

Of course this dude is a kook, but do you think people wanting to earn a better living makes them kooks? Is Andrew Allen a kook?

He had an interview a few years back where he sounded reallly bitter and jaded. Was cool to hear him in a better place now. Feel like I can be a fan again.
I thought it wasnt just him solo, shouldve stuck with my og thought.

That was hard to listen to. He was going on some Gershon-esque tangents. Does anyone know what happened to him? Surely he wasnt this crazy when he was young, but he mentions not messing with drugs

I met him at a demo when I was like 13 and he was apparently on shrooms. He told me I smelled which was definitely true.

maybe it's because i haven't really been following him since he fell off and didn't know about any of the insta shit/other interviews, but he sounded pretty mellow and super appreciative to everyone in this.

the weird part seemed to be him not really acknowledging that he's not in the game despite the bunt guys sort of pushing the 'what happened' a few times. my man, we haven't seen shit in like 7 years. hope the bunt video actually happens, would love to see some clips.

That was great! Laughed so hard at the story in the jail cell and hearing his nicknames.
Iíve never wanted to buy somebodys board from laughing till now.  He seems so fried but seems like a good dude and sounds to be doing better these days.

VA fleezers was the shit. I remember one of their montages used Bloody Sunday by U2 and they were ripping.

First time I remember seeing him was in this @ 1:33 . Seems like he hasnít changed much hahah

Jbrock was out for blood back then.

Hell yeah! Thanks for posting that. One of the first independent projects I was introduced to and that episode was always the one that stuck out to me. Took me down memory lane

Either of you remember a trailer from the post22 guys set to Alpha Beta Gaga by Air? I remember thinking that was such a sick trailer at the time and definitely followed their skating in the early days of footage coming out on the internet.

Sure do! Air is an underrated band when it comes to skate soundtracks.

Darrell puts the capitol D in Delusional. The whole "hollow tips" so you're saying you are willing to kill people? went to his gram after and there's like 10 photos of him toting guns. I also thought it was fact that he was a cocaine dealer? A few things in that interview seemed like flat out lies

Usually when someone mentions they don't mess with drugs completely unprompted it means they mess with drugs

I laughed when he said some of his footage may never "see the day of light", and then correctly said "light of day" regarding another clip

I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking this. Specifically, talking about the Canada interaction.
Also funny how he didn't want to roast anyone or any company in the not so rapid fire. Probably in hopes that he can possibly get a new sponsor.

Even Ghost and D Jones craft could not save this sinking ship of Darrell.
I had more fun trying to guess when he's going to say "like" than actually listening to him.
I am about to forget this episode and look forward to next one.

"I didn't want to ride for Primitive because [I respect Paul too much as a friend/couldn't look at/take him seriously as a boss]" ?
What?
That got more and more awkward to listen to. Definitely felt like he was stretching the truth, especially with the out-ledge story. Dude did not remember that day.
