I say surfing is over, cross country skiing (classic not skate) will be next.

And looks like I’ll be ahead of the curve on this one because I was just out today, and it was beautiful

In the winter thread I mentioned that I bought skin based skis with the intention of exploring around my area when there’s snow. It’s helping me scratch the outdoor exploring itch that skateboarding fulfills when the weather is warm. And since all the snow resorts here are closed, it’s nice to be able to say “fuck it, I’m making my own fun.”

Oh yeah, 2021: skating in morphsuits. Is it a mask? Who’s to say? Green screen possibilities...
