dipped toes

been obsessed with the dipped toe lately (Ellington) don't think any other shoe looks doper in footy mostly because of the colorways I mean there's the Iverson grey and red. you can even layer it like the red white and blues and almost make it look dipped in the back too. it's lame though I can only find one skate shoe that actually has the toe. anybody knows of any other dipped toe colorways? https://www.flickr.com/photos/186690490@N03/49459987987/in/dateposted-public/

That's honestly a dope idea. Tape up the sole real well and give a monochrome shoe a nice dip. Could be pretty cool.

What a great-looking shoe.

What a great-looking shoe.

It's OK but I would prefer if it had a Goya painting on the toe so people would know that I'm creative and into art stuff.

The other one turned out even worse but I was going to toss those anyways.

If I were to try for real I would use textile paint which requires heat setting so I'd need to book some time at a printing shop to do it properly.

I've been nuts for this kind of shoe design since the Ellington 1, like you OP. If done well, it looks so so nice. That's all I have to offer to this conversation I guess.
