Those south park boards were at a time when south park was still new and was always talked about as being terrible and that parents didn’t realize their kids were watching something so obscene, so it actually kinda makes sense for skateboards

It was a massive design thing in Nu Metal around 01 to 02
Korn, Fear Factory and Coal Chamber all had merch with band members as South Park characters.
