So what’s the take on cemetery spots? There’s one in my town that’s had a good few things go down on it in local shop vids

Literally no one is living there.
This is not my SOTY. I'm telling my kids there was no SOTY for 2021

The street side of my place is definitely skateable.  If someone skates it I'm poaching their clip through my kitchen window.

As long as their house isn’t the spot. Like a one and done. No wax, no rub brick, no sessions, no multiple attempts.

If a house spot is so crucial, then nut up and knock on the door.

Yeah, nut on the persons door to mark your territory first.

Cool with me. I made my driveway skateable for this reason. If you’re in Napa, skate my house.
I was gonna add this - if I owned a house go ahead and skate my front yard. I don’t give a fuck unless I’m trying to sleep. I just wouldn’t skate other peoples cause I don’t know what they think.

If people come to my condo complex I’ll show them the spot Alexis Ramirez skated.

For the record I don’t own the place where I live. I just cement things in and tell the landlord I’ll demolish it when I move. Realistically, I won’t.

If you’re a landlord, don’t rent to me.

There’s no way I’m skating someone’s house.  I wouldn’t be able to enjoy it because I’d be feeling too guilty about fucking up someone else’s personal shit.  Imagining some poor old lady looking outside in the morning and seeing a bunch of ugly black streaks on her house and getting super bummed.

Though I’d probably be ok with it if I knew the homeowner was a pedophile or war criminal or something.
Finding spots by looking at houses on google maps by cross-referencing the sex offender registry is the new flex.

What about skating pools?
I mean the roots of this shit are dog town kids hopping over fences and skating pools. I guess that is skating someone’s house - I mean ur skating Their property. The antihero dudes still skate pools n shit by hopping over fences. Even the gx dudes rip up cunts houses and shit. I grew up trespassing and hopping over fences on to private property to skate street and even try make ur own diy. Idk maybe it’s just normal to me but  I Do believe a big of skating is  exploring, even if that might include trespassing, to get some on some unexplored crete.
